SHIPPING

1) Orders to the US

Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at www.usps.com

To the Contiguous U.S.:

Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $100 to the contiguous US (within the 48 states). A shipping charge of $8.95 is applied for all purchases under $100.

To Alaska, Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands:

A shipping charge of $20 is applied for all purchases under $100. Orders over $100 will only be charged a shipping fee of $9.50.

2) Orders to Mainland China

Standard delivery time is about 3 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at express.shipgce.com

Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $350 to the Mainland China. A shipping charge of $25.00 is applied for all purchases under $350.

3) Orders to Canada

Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at www.usps.com

All orders to Canada are charged $29.50 for shipping.

4) International Orders (excluding China and Canada)

Standard delivery time is 10-20 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at www.usps.com

A shipping fee of $39.50 will be applied to all international orders (including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau).

SALES TAX

A sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within California, USA.

SHOPPING

1) What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit and Debit Cards), PayPa and Alipay, wechatpay.

2) What is your return policy?

Best in Nature™ accepts any unopened items for a full refund within 30 days after shipment with proof of purchase and all necessary shipping and handling fees paid for by customers. Please contact Customer Service at (909)839-2880 or at [email protected] for further assistance.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, call us to get an RMA number and send it back to us. We will ship a replacement to you free of charge. Each return MUST have an RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. To request an RMA number, please Customer Service at (909)839- 2880 or at [email protected] One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request different RMA numbers. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.

Customers agree that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include free gifts, original packaging material and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. All items must be returned in new condition to qualify for a refunds.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

Any item that is returned after 30 days of delivery.

Any product that has been opened.

Any item that is not in its original bottle or box.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.

3) Cancelled order or address errors:

To cancel an order, customers must call before 11am PST to avoid cancellation fees (shipping cost), no emails will be accepted. For any refused packages or returns to Best in Nature due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.

4) Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted. However, you will be charged shipping for the second shipment. Please return the product back to us with a note asking for the exchange. Any fee or credit will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
