SHIPPING

1) Orders to the US

The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at www.usps.com

To the Contiguous U.S.:

Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $100 to the contiguous US (within the 48 states). A shipping charge of $8.95 is applied for all purchases under $100.

To Alaska, Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands:

A shipping charge of $20 is applied for all purchases under $100. Orders over $100 will only be charged a shipping fee of $9.50.

2) Orders to Mainland China

The standard delivery time is about 3 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at express.shipgce.com

Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $350 to Mainland China. A shipping charge of $25.00 is applied for all purchases under $350.

3) Orders to Canada

The standard delivery time is 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at www.usps.com

All orders to Canada are charged $29.50 for shipping. This shipping fee does not include any customs duties, sales tax, brokerage fees, and/or any additional charges that may occur in Canada.

Expedited services (Global Express Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc.) are available upon request; any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4) International Orders (excluding China and Canada)

The standard delivery time is 10-20 business days via USPS Priority Mail International. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at www.usps.com

A shipping fee of $39.50 will be applied to all international orders (including Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau).

The shipping and handling fee does not include any customs duties, sales tax, brokerage fees, and/or any additional charges that may occur in the designated country.
Expedited services (Global Express Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc.) are available upon request; any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The Website

1) Is this the same bestinnature.com as before?

Yes! We have given the website a fresh new look to make browsing and buying all of your favorite health supplements even better than before. 

2) Best in Nature products are also found on 1688best.com. Why is that? Are there differences?

1688best.com is our sister site that is localized for the Chinese-speaking community. Likewise, bestinnnature.com is localized for our English-speaking community. We offer the same great products on both sites.

SALES TAX

A sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within California, USA.

SHOPPING

1) What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit and Debit Cards), and PayPal.

2) What is your return policy?

Best in Nature™ accepts any unopened items for a full refund within 30 days after shipment with proof of purchase and all necessary shipping and handling fees paid for by customers. Please contact Customer Service at (909)839-2880 or at [email protected] for further assistance.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, call us to get an RMA number and send it back to us. We will ship a replacement to you free of charge. Each return MUST have an RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. To request an RMA number, please Customer Service at (909)839- 2880 or at [email protected]nnature.com. One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request different RMA numbers. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.

Customers agree that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include free gifts, original packaging material, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. All items must be returned in new condition to qualify for a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

Any item that is returned after 30 days of delivery.

Any product that has been opened.

Any item that is not in its original bottle or box.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.

3) Cancelled order or address errors:

To cancel an order, customers must call before 11 am PST to avoid cancellation fees (shipping cost), no emails will be accepted. For any refused packages or returns to Best in Nature due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.

4) Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted. However, you will be charged shipping for the second shipment. Please return the product back to us with a note asking for the exchange. Any fee or credit will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

 

Reward Points

1) What are Best in Nature Rewards Points?

Best in Nature rewards points are a way for us to thank our customers for being loyal. 

2) How do I earn reward points?

You can earn rewards points anytime you make a purchase! You’ll earn one point per dollar spent. 

You can also receive 100 BONUS points for Father's Day if you spend $300 before 06/25/2021. 

3) Can I use the points I earn on any purchase?

Points earned on any given purchase are awarded after checkout so you won’t be able to use them until your next purchase. However, you can always choose not to use your points and hold onto them. 

4) What are reward points good for?

Rewards points are good for the purchase of any item on our site (bestinnature.com). They’re your points to use how you want to. 

5) Are there any restrictions?

There are no restrictions on how you may use your points once they are awarded. 

6) How much are points worth?

Each reward point is worth 5 cents (USD) towards the purchase of any product(s) from this site (bestinnature.com) and does not have a cash value. 

7) Can I redeem my points for cash?

Reward points can only be used towards the purchase of products on our site (bestinnature.com) and do not have a cash value. 

8) How long are points good for? 

Reward points last for 365 days after the date on which you earn them.  

 

Promotions

1) Will free gifts appear on my receipt?

Free gifts will be sent to customers who spend the required amount while supplies last in the Continental United States. However, these free gifts will not be reflected on your receipt when you checkout or via email. 

 

Referrals

1) Can I be rewarded for referring a friend? 

Yes! For every friend you refer who spends $100 or more, you’ll receive 25 bonus points. 

Even better, the friend you referred will also receive 25 points. 

2) How do I refer my friends? 

There are two ways: 

First, you can log into your Best in Nature account. Click on “My Reward Points” in the left-hand menu. Then click on “My Referrals” at the top of the rewards menu. There, you’ll be able to input your friends’ names and email addresses to refer them to Best in Nature. Once your friend receives the email, they can click through the link and begin shopping. 

Second, you can log into your Best in Nature account. Click on “My Reward Points” in the left-hand menu. Then click on “Share and Save” at the top of the rewards menu. You’ll see your unique referral link. You can copy this link and send it to your friends via text, social media, email or any other way. Then they can click through the link to sign up, shop and save. 

Manufacturing

All products from Best in Nature are produced in the USA and shipped from our facility in California.  

Some portion of Bone Essense was produced in Canada, but due to Covid-19, we stopped production of Bone Essense in Canada in 2020 and no retailer or distributor is authorized to sell Bone Essence in Canada. All orders from Canada will be shipped from our California facility in the US directly.
